Joel (Joav) was born in Israel. He is a B2B business development director with a proven track record of building relationships and growing revenue for regional and national businesses. He has been both an individual contributor and a team player and his skills include prospecting new business, presenting, negotiating, and building client relationships. He has experience in integrated media sales across several industries including Manufacturing, Building/Remodeling and CPG.

Joel is proud of his two adult sons, one a tennis pro and the other a software engineer. During weekends he can often be found at Newport, RI or at Cambridge, MA spending quality time with his sons. Joel lives with his wife, kitten and two turtles in Fairfield, CT.
