Carolina has introduced digital, creative, healthcare and video production agencies to brands on their B2B and B2C most wanted lists within priority categories. Her attention to detail, work ethic, and lead qualification expertise quickly made her a client favorite.

Carolina’s business development expertise began in New York City in media and entertainment sales. She worked at a boutique public relations agency and in advertising sales for Variety. Upon coming to Atlanta, she drove advertising sales for the national team at iHeartMedia and the Atlanta Braves Radio Network.

When she’s not in the office, Carolina is exploring new cities, competing in triathlons or marathons, enjoying the theater and giving back to non-profits like the Junior League of Atlanta.
